Premier Industries v. ARCO Chemical Company
Corr Cronin represented ARCO Chemical Company in a subrogation lawsuit that arose from a fire that destroyed a $25 million school complex in Wainwright (North Slope) Alaska. Premier, a manufacturer of polystyrene insulation that was alleged to have been a cause of the spread of the fire, claimed that the raw polystyrene supplied to it by ARCO Chemical Company was a defective product.
