Phillips Petroleum, et al. v. Arco Alaska, Inc., et al.
A five month trial resulted in a favorable post-trial settlement for defendants Arco Alaska, Atlantic Richfield and Exxon in this case involving ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay oil field. Prior to trial, lawyers now with Corr Cronin obtained summary judgment on a $500 million conversion claim alleged by Mobil, Phillips and Chevron. ← Back ↑ Top
