Burkey v. Premier Chemicals, et al.Corr Cronin defended Premier Chemicals, a manufacturer of materials shipped by railroad in 1-ton bulk sacks. Plaintiff suffered severe brain damage when one of the sacks fell on him as he attempted to unload a railroad car. We obtained a favorable settlement with plaintiff prior to trial. |
