Tegic v. Board of Regents of the University of Texas

Corr Cronin and its co-counsel represent the Board of Regents of the
University of Texas in this patent infringement declaratory judgment
action. We secured a complete dismissal of plaintiff's
claims prior to discovery on 11th Amendment immunity grounds. The
plaintiff's appeal of this decision is currently pending before the
Federal Circuit.
