Eric Lindberg’s practice focuses on both civil litigation as well as intellectual property litigation. His experience extends to patent, trademark, copyright andtrade secret matters, and he is licensed to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Eric is a member of the Intellectual Property Inns of Court.
Washington Super Lawyers has named Eric a “Rising Star” every year since 2016. Eric also serves the legal community with his participation on the WSBA Court Rules & Procedures Committee and KCBA Judicial Evaluation Committee.
Eric is an alum of University of Pennsylvania and UCLA School of Law. Following law school, Eric served as a law clerk to Washington State Court of Appeals Judge Ann Schindler and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Betty B. Fletcher.
