One of several lawyers from around the country interviewed for the article, John commented on litigation that is currently pending in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, involving a challenge to a USCIS mandate requiring EB-5 regional centers nationwide to be reauthorized. John said that a recent order by District Court Judge Vince Chhabria offered a “clear signal” of how the case may turn out.
