Erin Ehlert’s practice focuses on litigation and representing her clients in the courtroom. Having spent over 20 years as a criminal prosecutor before transitioning to civil litigation, she is highly skilled in preparing cases, developing experts, and creating persuasive courtroom arguments. Erin focused her criminal practice on the development of novel DNA evidence, the investigation of cold cases and the prosecution of complex violent crimes. While always maintaining a trial caseload, she was also the Assistant Chief of the Criminal Division managing over 170 attorneys as well as the chair of the Homicide Unit. Erin’s transition to civil litigation has focused on representing city and county government employees as well as law enforcement. She also represents major clients in complex tort and products liability litigation.

From Emily Harris, Corr Cronin’s Co-Managing Partner: “Erin Ehlert is a tremendous addition to the partnership. She brings decades of real-world trial experience and impeccable judgment to bear in every client interaction. In addition to her trial skills, she is dedicated to mentoring newer lawyers in and out of the courtroom. We are so proud to welcome Erin into the partnership.”
