Corr Cronin is deeply saddened to announce that Kelly Corr, a founding partner of the firm, passed away on February 3, 2025.
Before retiring from the firm in 2011, Kelly was a trial lawyer with more than 40 years of jury trial experience. He began his career as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Western District of Washington, and then moved to Bogle & Gates where he became co-chair of the litigation department (with Bill Cronin). In 1999, he became a founding partner of Corr Cronin LLP and remained with the firm for the rest of his legal career.
He was well-respected by his peers and opponents alike, repeatedly selected as a “Super Lawyer”, voted by his peers among the top ten lawyers in the state, and invited to be a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers.
This Washington Super Lawyers article from 2015 shares more about Kelly and his legacy.
Kelly was a force of nature, full stop. We will miss him.
