Joshua F. Gonzales’ practice focuses on policyholder insurance coverage litigation and general commercial disputes. Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Joshua practiced at law firms in both California and Washington, where he specialized in defending financial and insurance institutions in matters involving insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and regulatory compliance.

While pursuing his law degree at University of California, Davis School of Law, Joshua served as a member of the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic, representing immigrant families in asylum proceedings and affirmative change-of-status applications. He also completed a legal fellowship with the UC Davis Office of the Campus Counsel, where he advised University departments on issues ranging from medical privacy law to freedom of speech on campus.

Outside of work, Joshua is an amateur historian (most interested in the 13th through 16th centuries) and enjoys creative writing and strategy board games. Joshua is also fluent in Bisaya.
