Brittany Madderra is a versatile litigator whose practice focuses on complex litigation, mass torts, and products liability matters for clients ranging from local businesses and government entities to large international corporations. A skillful advocate, Brittany has an exceptional ability to identify critical legal issues that enable clients to prevail on appeal. Brittany frequently represents manufacturers, retailers, distributors, owners, and consumers involved in products liability litigation in state and federal courts. She also handles a wide range of civil litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, contractual disputes, and employment law, often involving discrimination or harassment claims, employment policies, and workplace injuries.
Prior to entering private practice, Brittany served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Catherine Shaffer at the King County Superior Court. During law school, she served as a judicial extern to Justice Susan Owens of the Washington State Supreme Court and was Executive Managing Editor of the Washington International Law Journal (formerly the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal).
Brittany lives in Seattle’s Green Lake neighborhood with her husband, Mike. When she is not practicing law, you will find her skiing or hiking around the Pacific Northwest.
