Eric Lindberg

Eric is a partner with the firm. Eric’s practice includes all aspects of civil and intellectual property litigation, including experience in patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. Eric is licensed to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. Starting in 2016 to 2020 Eric has been selected to the “Rising Star” List for Seattle’s legal community. For the next two years, Eric has been appointed to serve on the WSBA Court Rules & Procedures Committee and he also volunteers on the KCBA Judicial Evaluation Committee.
Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Eric was an associate at Seed Intellectual Property Law Group PLLC and Frommer Lawrence & Hoag LLP where his practice focused on intellectual property litigation. Eric also served as a law clerk for the Honorable Betty Binns Fletcher on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and for the Honorable Ann Schindler on the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division One.

Represented Washington-based branded merchandise distributor against allegations of patent, copyright, trademark, and trade dress infringement, as well as various business torts. Obtained partial motion to dismiss on state law claims. Client settled matter favorably after Markman briefing.
Hospira, Inc., et al. v. Sylvia Mathews Burwell, et al.
Represented intervening defendant Par Sterile Products, LLC in preliminary injunction challenge to the Food & Drug Administration’s decision authorizing generic versions of the drug dexmedetominidine hydrochloride. The district court granted summary judgment to the Food & Drug Administration and the intervening defendants.
VSSI, Inc. v. Olympic Veterinary Corp.,
Drafted motion to dismiss and motion for new venue in patent infringement lawsuit. Client settled very favorably after submission of the brief.
Plentyoffish Media Inc. v. Miguel A. Maya
Drafted victorious trial briefs for oppose/petitioner Plentyoffish Media before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Alza Corp., et. al v. Par Pharmaceutical, Inc.
Represented generic pharmaceutical company in patent litigation under the Hatch–Waxman Act. Drafted claim construction briefs and briefs supporting motion to add claim of inequitable conduct.
Shire LLC et al. v. Amneal Pharmacueticals LLC et al.,
Represented Shire pharmaceuticals in patent litigation under the Hatch–Waxman Act concerning Shire’s branded drug Vyvanse. Conducted e-discovery, drafted expert reports, prepared numerous depositions.
