Kristin Bateman

Kristin E. Bateman is a litigation associate at Corr Cronin. Her practice focuses on civil defense matters at the trial and appellate levels, including general liability and commercial litigation, product and premises liability cases, personal injury matters, and class action lawsuits. She is particularly skilled at handling a broad range of civil appellate matters.
Kristin earned her J.D. from Seattle University, where she was awarded a Presidential Law Scholarship and served as a Lead Article Editor for the Seattle University Law Review. After law school she clerked for Chief Judge Brad Maxa of the Washington State Court of Appeals. Before joining Corr Cronin, she worked in private practice for four years. In 2024, Kristin was recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.
Kristin is a third-generation Washington lawyer with a background in music performance and arts advocacy. Prior to following in her father and grandfather’s footsteps to join the Washington bar, Kristin trained and performed extensively as a classical flutist. She still performs regularly throughout the Seattle area and acts as a volunteer legal advisor to the National Flute Association.
