Mark Rutherford is an attorney at Corr Cronin whose practice focuses on civil commercial litigation. He represents clients ranging from individual plaintiffs, small businesses, and governmental entities to Fortune 500 companies. Mark practices in areas including appellate litigation, insurance coverage, professional liability, business torts, constitutional law, and employment. He takes pride in crafting precise and thoroughly reasoned legal arguments that advance his clients’ big picture interests.
Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Mark served as a clerk for the Honorable John H. Chun at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division One. He graduated from UCLA School of Law with a specialization in Environmental Law, where he served as the Chief Comments Editor of the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Relations, and volunteered to assist individuals seeking asylum. He spent his summers clerking for Los Angeles Waterkeeper and the California Attorney General’s Office’s Land section in Los Angeles.
