Admitted in Washington
Rachel Hay is a litigation associate at Corr Cronin. Her practice spans all aspects of civil commercial litigation, and she particularly enjoys resolving intricate procedural issues and working on complex tort, constitutional, and regulatory matters.
Rachel earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2022. Prior to joining Corr Cronin, she clerked for the Honorable Thomas O. Rice of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington and for the Honorable Laurel H. Siddoway of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division III. As a judicial law clerk in both federal and state court, Rachel honed her research and analytical skills by drafting civil and criminal orders and assisting with trial and appellate proceedings. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert S. Lasnik of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington, a research assistant to her Civil Procedure professor, and a legal extern in the Environmental and Land Use Hearings Office.
When not working on client matters, Rachel spends her time running around Gas Works Park after her Chihuahua-Pomeranian mix, “Grizzly,” and reading novels.
