Renee Howard is of counsel at Corr Cronin and a seasoned health care attorney with over twenty five years' experience in health care regulatory and litigation matters.

Renee advises a broad spectrum of health care providers and suppliers, including hospitals, health systems, physicians, imaging centers, laboratories, medical device manufacturers and distributors, and behavioral health agencies. Her practice includes representing clients in matters involving the federal False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark Law, as well as FDA regulatory issues, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement disputes, and professional licensing investigations. She also assists with internal investigations related to fraud and abuse and regularly advises on compliance policies and procedures.

Renee regularly presents to local and national audiences and has authored or co-authored numerous publications including the Best Practices Handbook for Advising Clients on Fraud and Abuse Issues. Renee was named "Health Care Lawyer of the Year" in Seattle by Best Lawyers in 2015 and has been recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" in Health Care Law.
