Blake Marks-Dias

Blake Marks-Dias is a trial lawyer, mediator, and co-managing partner at Corr Cronin. His practice focuses on high stakes matters that, when necessary, must be tried, and he has extensive experience in product liability, employment, complex commercial, and multi-million-dollar class action claims. He is certified by the internationally recognized Straus Institute For Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University and offers mediation services alongside his litigation practice.

In college, Blake earned the award of the top individual debater in the nation. He and his partner finished second in the 1995 national tournament (and the final round transcript published in one of the leading college speech and communications textbooks: Freeley and Steinberg, Argumentation and Debate (12th ed. 2009)). He has continued to be a thought leader, presenting on subjects such as persuasion, class action trends, and more at conferences, training sessions, and industry events.
Blake is also actively engaged in the community, serving as Vice Chair of the Akin Board of Trustees, as well as firm liaison to several local, regional, and national community and legal organizations.
