Emily Brubaker Harris is a co-managing partner at Corr Cronin. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, class action defense, consumer protection act claims, product liability, real estate litigation, and employment litigation, at the trial and appellate levels. Emily excels in handling large and complex matters that require creative problem-solving, diligence, and fine attention to detail. Throughout her career, she has successfully defended multimillion-dollar exposures in courts across the Pacific Northwest and the country.

Emily is repeatedly recognized by her peers and clients for her litigation skills and client service. She is individually ranked in Chambers and has been named a Super Lawyer in Washington each year since 2020. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers since 2022; she was named the 2023 Best Lawyers “Lawyer of the Year” in Seattle for Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Defendants. Emily was also recognized as a BTI Client Service All-Star in 2022 and 2023 – for 2023, one of only 293 attorneys nationwide to receive this distinction based on input from corporate counsel.

Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Emily was a litigation associate at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles. She clerked for the Honorable Thomas G. Nelson on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
