Blake Marks-Dias hosts Trial Network session

At a recent Trial Network event, partner Blake Marks-Dias hosted a breakout session titled “Wage and Hour Class Action Trends and Developments.” Guests from Microsoft and Costco facilitated the discussion, which covered recent trends and developments affecting wage and hour class actions, including arbitration clause enforceability, strategies for defeating class certifications, strategic discovery and motions practice, and settlement considerations.

The Trial Network is a professional association of some of the leading trial law firms in the United States. Members gather regularly to both network and stay on top of legal practices and methods. Participation is especially valuable for boutique firms like Corr Cronin, enabling us to build deep legal connections at a national level. In addition to Blake’s session, Emily Harris, Steve Fogg, Kevin Baumgartner, and Michael Moore have also presented at recent Trial Network events.

For two decades, Corr Cronin has set the standard for high-stakes litigation in the Pacific Northwest. Our attorneys are consistently ranked among the best in their field, and the firm is recognized time and again as one of the top litigation firms in Seattle.
