Joseph Kingerski is a litigation associate at Corr Cronin, where his practice focuses on commercial civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He is committed to solving complex procedural issues and devising comprehensive legal solutions that promote his clients’ long-term goals.

Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Joey clerked for the Honorable John H. Chun in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law with a specialization in law and technology. During law school, he was a research assistant to Professor Paul Schwartz and an Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Joey is also a U.S. Navy veteran, and he served as a nuclear reactor operator on a submarine for six years before attending law school.

Outside of work, Joey enjoys skiing, running, and live music.
