Corr Cronin is pleased to welcome attorneys Joseph Kingerski and Caroline Marks to the firm as litigation associates. Both bring strong litigation experience and academic backgrounds to the firm’s trial-focused practice.

Joey Kingerski is a litigation associate whose practice focuses on commercial civil litigation and white-collar criminal defense. He works with clients to navigate complex procedural issues and develop practical strategies that advance their long-term objectives.

Before joining Corr Cronin, Joey clerked for the Honorable John H. Chun of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he specialized in law and technology, served as a research assistant to Professor Paul Schwartz, and was an editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. Prior to law school, Joey served for six years in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear reactor operator on a submarine.

Caroline Marks is a litigation associate whose practice covers all aspects of civil litigation. She brings experience representing clients in complex matters involving constitutional law and immigration issues.

Caroline previously served as a National Security and Civil Rights Staff Attorney at the Asian Law Caucus, where she represented clients in constitutional law challenges and complex immigration matters. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law. While at NYU, she served as Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and Politics, Communications Director of the International Arbitration Association, and as a teaching assistant for a course on the religion clauses of the Constitution. She was also selected as an International Law and Human Rights Fellow and worked with NYU’s Global Justice Clinic.
