Jeff Bone

Jeff Bone is a partner at Corr Cronin. His civil and complex commercial litigation practice covers matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts along with mediations and arbitrations. Jeff has represented clients in commercial disputes, employment and consumer class actions, employment discrimination cases, business tort cases, intellectual property disputes, and insurance coverage cases.
Jeff was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star each year from 2013 to 2020, and as a Super Lawyer from 2022 to present. Likewise, he is recognized by Best Lawyers in Commercial Litigation for 2024.
Prior to joining Corr Cronin, Jeff practiced at Foley Hoag in Boston, Massachusetts, where he focused on complex commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, and intellectual property disputes. He served as a law clerk for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Jeff lives in Tacoma and enjoys coaching his daughter’s baseball and soccer teams and serving as a committee chair for his son’s Trail Life troop.

InTouch Mobile v. T-Mobile
Defended a telecommunications company against claims for tortious interference and breach of contract. Following a multi-day arbitration, obtained a complete ruling in our client’s favor.
Snap Mobile, Inc. v. Clay; Snap Mobile, Inc. v. Vertical Raise
Represented employer in multi-state litigation against former employees and a competitor for violation of restrictive covenants and tortious interference. Obtained a permanent injunction against the employees in litigation in Washington and a jury verdict against the competitor in litigation in Idaho.
Employment Class Action
Represented a Fortune 500 company in Washington wage and hour class action claiming that the company was the joint employer of the class members.
Kirby v. Allergan
Defended pharmaceutical company against claim of disability discrimination by a former sales representative; after four-day arbitration, the arbitrator ruled in our client’s favor and dismissed claimant’s claims in their entirety.
Rey v. Rey
Obtained dismissal of complaint filed in federal district court in Washington in a sibling dispute over ownership of four different Washington corporations.
HK Wireless v. T-Mobile
Part of team that successfully defended T-Mobile against multi-million dollar claim asserted by former dealer, winning the case outright on summary judgment.
